Established in 2011, Lotus Petal Foundation (LPF) is a Gurugram-based non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and youth. Focused on three thematic areas—Education, Nutrition, and Livelihood—the Foundation has created transformative change for thousands of underserved individuals.What began in 2013 as a single-room school in a shopping arcade with six students has grown into a comprehensive educational institution—Lotus Petal Senior Secondary School—located in Dhunela, Gurugram, Haryana. Currently serving 2,000 students, the campus aims to accommodate 10,000 students once fully built, making it India’s largest philanthropic school for underserved children.

Key Initiatives and Milestones

Education: Creating Pathways to Success

  • Lotus Petal Senior Secondary School provides high-quality, holistic education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Vidyasahyog (Digital Live Interactive Platform) delivers remote learning to 7,000+ students across 100+ government and non-profit schools in 15 Indian states. By 2027, the platform aims to reach 1,00,000 children.

Nutrition: Supporting Healthy Growth

A state-of-the-art kitchen and dining facility ensures that students receive nutritious meals, contributing to their health and overall development.

Livelihood: Enhancing Employability

Jeevika Skill Development Program, certified by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), equips youth aged 18–25 with skills in:

  • Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance
  • Hardware and Networking
  • Retail and Sales
  • Hospitality
  • Digital Marketing

The program has successfully placed 263 students in reputed organizations, enabling them to earn salaries 2x the per capita income of India and ensuring upward mobility.
