Digital Marketing Specialist
Gurgaon First is seeking a digital marketing (DM) specialist to drive growth and engagement with our audience. We are seeking a highly visionary Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital foray.
Position Overview: The DM specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will oversee all digital marketing channels, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your goal will be to drive online traffic, popularise our website through DM and enhance brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of all DM platforms. The candidate should be able to make relevant, engaging and compelling content and have the following skills:
- A Graduate degree
- Fluent in English reading and writing
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Good knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Ability to research and identify potential opportunities
Editor
As a content creation and management company, Gurgaon First relies heavily on good quality, credible and value-adding content. We need a competent content editor for content oversight, and ensuring consistency and quality. Planning and developing new research products and coordinating with content creators is also an added task. Monitoring audience feedback and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve audience reach and retention. The candidate will also act as a representative of the organisation and foster partnerships to enhance visibility and influence. The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or English
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an editor or senior writer
- Ability to develop and execute editorial strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with digital content management systems
Community Management and Partnerships Officer
Gurgaon First is seeking partnership for developing and nurturing online communities around its website. This involves fostering meaningful interactions among users, encouraging user-generated content, and managing community forums or social media platforms. The candidate will have to keep a tab on community developments, form strategic tie-ups with existing communities and nurture community relationships through regular communication The candidate will also act represent the organisation and foster partnerships to enhance visibility and influence. The candidate must have:
- A graduate degree
- An expertise and relevant experience to collaborate and forge partnerships
