Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Rao Inderjit Singh has won the 2024 Lok Sabha election for the
Gurgaon constituency, securing 8,08,336 votes. He defeated Indian National Congress (INC) candidate Raj
Babbar by a margin of 75,079 votes. The election, held on May 25 during the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha
polls, saw a voter turnout of 62.03 per cent. Gurgaon, one of the 10 Lok Sabha constituencies in Haryana,
covers the entire Gurgaon and Mewat districts and parts of Rewari district. Rao Inderjit Singh’s victory in the
2024 Lok Sabha election for the Gurgaon constituency marks his fifth consecutive win. He has consistently
represented Gurgaon in the Lok Sabha since 2009, winning elections in 2009, 2014, 2019, and now in 2024.
