Its operational jurisdiction covers 10 districts, serving approximately 1.5 crore consumers. These districts include Ambala, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Yamunanagar, Karnal, Kaithal, Sonipat, Rohtak, Jhajjar, and Mahendragarh.
